2. Agricultural Licenses & Shipping Permits

We comply with all state and federal agricultural laws governing the propagation, sale, and transport of live nursery stock.

• Pennsylvania Nursery License: Registered and inspected with the Pennsylvania Department of Agriculture (PDA) under PaPlants ID: 00YD42Y.
• Spotted Lanternfly (SLF) Quarantine Permit: Certified under Pennsylvania Department of Agriculture Permit No. PA-202608100012-002 to inspect, treat, and ship regulated materials out of the Spotted Lanternfly quarantine zone.

3. State Interstate Shipping Disclaimers

• Quarantine & Pest Compliance: Plants are inspected prior to shipment to ensure freedom from quarantine pests, disease, and noxious weeds in accordance with Pennsylvania Department of Agriculture standards.
• Restricted Shipping States: Due to strict state quarantine laws regarding soil importation, agricultural pests, or invasive species controls, we do not ship live plants to CA, OR, WA, AZ, FL, HI, AK. Orders placed for delivery to restricted states will be canceled and refunded.

4. Native Plant Classification Disclaimer

We specialize in native plant species. Plant classifications (including native status, USDA hardiness zones, ecotypes, and wildlife benefits) are based on data provided by reputable botanical resources (e.g., USDA Plants Database, Lady Bird Johnson Wildflower Center, and Pennsylvania Department of Conservation and Natural Resources).

While we make every effort to ensure accurate species labeling, growth rates, mature heights, and environmental tolerances are estimates and may vary based on local microclimates and soil conditions.
